Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • cups flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • pinch of cloves
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cup zucchini shredded
  • 1 cup apples peeled and diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease one loaf pan.
  • Thoroughly mix butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla together.
  • Add, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and apples, zucchini, and carrots.
  • Bake combined ingredients and bake for 40-60 minutes or until golden brown.
