- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1½ cups flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- pinch of cloves
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- 1 cup zucchini shredded
- 1 cup apples peeled and diced
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease one loaf pan.
Thoroughly mix butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla together.
Add, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and apples, zucchini, and carrots.
Bake combined ingredients and bake for 40-60 minutes or until golden brown.
