Homemade Carrot Apple Zucchini Bread

This is an incredibly flavorful and tasty homemade zucchini bread with a wonderful twist; apples and carrots! My mom loves adding apples and carrots for more flavor and wonderful colors.

During our first month of marriage, I went on a baking spree. You name it, I made it for my husband. I was over the moon and so giddy with all the wedding presents. And of course, I couldn’t wait to show off my baking skills to my wonderful husband!

Some tasty treats came out wonderfully, such as our house staple, Blueberry Muffins. However, others don’t turn out as well. One optimistic day, I tried making parmesan herb popovers. Needless to say, I am still working on making this tasty bread actually tasty.

Though some of my early baking wasn’t the best, this simple recipe is always a homerun! This zucchini bread with carrots and apples is one of the most simple and flavorful recipes. I hope you enjoy!

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan.
2. Thoroughly mix butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla together.
3. Add, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and apples, zucchini, and carrots.
4. Bake combined ingredients and bake for 40-60 minutes or until golden brown.
